Hello Kubernaut and welcome to Vamfy!
Vamfy is a K3s Kubernetes cluster currently hosted on 4CPU 8GB Ram VPS at Contabo.
To simplify access for the users several tools where installed to ease the dev process.
K3s is a lightweight Kubernetes distribution that uses only the most necessary tools to get started with Kubernetes. This allows you to also use K3s locally for development if you want to (a nice tool for this is K3d, which runs K3s in a docker instance on your machine and can easily be started and stopped.
Rancher is our control panel for the entire cluster. It comes with RBAC (Roll based access control) so everyone can have is own secured workspace to deploy his projects.
The rancher instance can be accessed under rancher.vamfy.de.
Traefik is the default Ingress controller that is shipped with K3s. Basically what an Ingress controller does is, that it routes traffic to the desired pods based on the given domain and path of a request.
Traefik comes with a neat little dashboard to check if your routes have been configured correctly. It runs under traefik.vamfy.de.
Keel is a smart little CD (Continous Delivery) tool that updates your deployments when a new docker image is available in the respective image registry (works with private registries aswell). All it takes is a little annotation on your deployment manifest to get keel to track your deployments.
There is also a dashboard available to check the tracked deployment and see if its working under keel.vamfy.de.
Weave Scope is another nice tool to check the running containers quickly and get a nice graphical visualization of the running services and how they are connected to each other.
Available under scope.vamfy.de.
Our place to share knowledge concerning Kubernetes, Webdev or anything else.
Available under wiki.vamfy.de.

See this list of hosted projects and domains attached to our server. Please add your projects once you deploy them.
